I am aware people are not doctors, but should i be worried, or you think things will get better? Read details

So this is the state of my throat currently..

This was 3 weeks ago.. first tonsil stones I had gotten in my life and removed them no problem

PLEASE READ THIS: I am aware a doctor would be the person to go to, but my health insurance was dropped due to covid. I tried to get new insurance but they want to charge me $500 (FUCK YOU COVERED CALIFORNIA) honestly I was assaulted and robbed and don’t have the funds. If it’s cause for concern I just want to know what I need to look up to best my chances. If it’s not a concern just please give me some validation or something. I even tried to do a quick doc apt but they refused me service. Ran out of options

Phlem, constant feeling in throat, dry mouth, getting constant tonsil stones, my tonsils have never looked like this in my life they didn’t even look like this 3 weeks ago..

I have constant phlem and it goes between green, yellow, and white.

I check my temp daily and have not had 1 fever spike or any change at all.

I’m bruising very easily, a friend grabbed my arm the other day to pull me aside and I got their hand mark in a green bruise.

Tongue, cheeks, gums, teeth are all fine. I had to have emergency oral surgery two weeks ago due to assult and they said there was no signs of thrush or anything cuz I was asking why I kept getting tonsil stones.

I remove the tonsil stones when I see them. They pop out so easy and its not an issue. They just keep coming back.

Edit to add: started getting acid reflux. I can’t eat food because uncomfortable and also no appetite or appreciation for food. Have lost 30 lbs and my ribs are sticking out feel like somethings laying on my chest when I’m laying down at night. Can’t sleep longer then 4 hours
