41 days late need advice

I’m 41 days late (72 days into this cycle) and all of my urine tests have been negative. I keep trying to get to a doctor to get a blood test or an ultrasound just to completely rule out pregnancy, but they either won’t accept me or they can’t get me an appointment for a long time. Is there any way to be able to get an ultrasound? Fast possibly? If I’m not pregnant I need to know because I’m getting extremely concerned. This has never happened to me before, I’ve never even skipped a period. I’m feeling things but I’m not sure what I’m feeling or what’s causing it. My reflux is the worst it’s ever been, I’m exhausted, I’m throwing up, I’m pissy, and I have this weird pressure right above my pelvis, I can’t really explain it
