Paper cut in vulva

Since June ive been experiencing like a tiny paper cut underneath the opening of the vulva. I noticed it first while taking a shower because it started to sting while i was bathing. I was so scared. Never seen that before. I did my annual in June and all my tests came back fine. Has anyone experienced this? It heals but it comes back. Its like a tiny tear. This is new for me. Maybe my hormones or dryness. I have no idea. Can you share your experiences? Thanks
