I’m currently in the ER waiting for them to complete an ultrasound. I just randomly started bleeding and cramping. I am freaking out. Am I having a miscarriage??

Is there any chance that my baby could still be okay?

Edit: The doctor said I have a small Subchoronic hematoma, but the baby is still alive and growing! I’ve been doing follow up ultrasounds to keep an eye on the hematoma. As of right now my doctor is not worried, he just advised me to take it easy. No heavy lifting or strenuous activity.
