I learned a new trick! 💦

My husband probably thinks I’m crazy for thinking this is cool. I was hand expressing in the shower (per the advice of my midwife, I’m 39+5 and very tired of being pregnant) and accidentally figured out that I can make colostrum literally *spray* everywhere 😂 before this, I’ve just been able to get little drops out one at a time, so you can imagine my surprise when a full on stream of milk came out all at once 😬😂

EDIT for everyone asking for how to: I literally didn’t do anything different than I usually do 🤷🏼‍♀️ Get in the shower, a gentle breast massage after letting the water warm you up a bit, then normal hand expression technique, this time it was just weirdly strong 😂
