Need some advice...

Hello I’m 33 and about to turn 34 next week and I have been trying to have a second child for the past 5 years. I already have one child that’s 9 yrs old. I’ve been going to a ob for over a year but had to move because of my job. Now I’ve been in a new state for over a year now and I had to get another gynecologist. Well this current ob that I have is telling me that I have to wait to another year for any kind of fertility treatments. Since I have moved, my ob is basically telling me that I have to start all over. Even though I have stated the issues that I’ve had with my other ob. I hope I’m making since because I’m really frustrated over this and the fact that my ob is telling me I have to start over with her....
