Wedding help?

The officiant asked us a few ways we wanted to do things. We just want quick and simple for the ceremony. It is just us and 2 witnesses. We decided out of the options, she could say the vows and we would just say I do. She sent this today. For someone who specified "quick and simple" and that we essentially just wanted to say I do, does this seem excessive? Or is this the norm? Lol this is a draft that we can make changes to anything not highlighted, so I'm wondering if we could literally take some of this out completely? Suggestions?
