FedEx Tracking/Shipping Issues

Has anyone had issues with FedEx recently? I ordered something on 7/28 that shipped on 7/30. I'm in Ohio and it was being shipping from Illinois. That normally would only be a 2 day ship time. The package took nearly 4 days to update, and it still says pending delivery date. This package has gone from Illinois to Wisconsin to Ohio then to Michigan. It makes no sense! I've tried using their chat online and get directed to a number. When I call it gives a prerecorded response then hangs up.

Has anyone else had issues like this?
