I’m only 12 weeks and have already gained 5 freakin pounds?! I’m still running 3 miles 3 times a week and weight training. My diet hasn’t changed much at all. I do, however, get so uncomfortably bloated eating just a little. I’m smaller and I’m on the fitter side.
I didn’t gain much with my son and I’m even smaller this pregnancy so what gives?!
I’ve been logging my calories to make sure I’m not eating for 2 and to make sure that I don’t allow my emotions to get to me and make me eat less. I consume 2000-2200 calories a day. But I’m also active. 😭 I don’t want to gain over 35 pounds. I’m only 5’1 😭
