Vagina help, doctor or not?

I don’t know whether or not this is worth going to the doctor so I would like others opinions

I’ve never had issues with my vagina at all. About two months ago, I noticed a hard bump under my skin, between my vagina and leg. It isn’t discolored but it does hurt at times especially when touched. They are about the size of a pea.

The second bump appear about two weeks ago and is hard, you can visually see it, it’s a purplish blackish color almost like a bruise and on my Labia major. It hurts as well. I’ve been with the same person for years. I’ve never had these before and they do not look like any sort of std I’ve seen.
