Cramping at 4weeks &3 days

Hi ladies

Last month I had a chemical pregnancy.. and maybe that has cause me now to be super OD about being careful and just

doing all I can to help this baby stick.

My second HCG was 1142ML (at 4weeks and 2days) which made me extremely happy but today I’ve been experiencing cramping and just wanted to know if anyone else experienced cramping or is expiring cramping at 4 weeks and 3 days... I’m also have alil back ache here and there and trying to not think of the worse.
