Blood under tongue 2 month old

Hi moms,

My LG has been off her food the last couple of days. She’ll normally drink between 5-6oz per feed but she’s only been managing 2-3oz before she starts squirming. She’s the same on breast too, doesn’t feed for long but still seems hungry (I’ve always thought this though BF)

She had an absolute meltdown tonight crying and as I’ve cuddled her I’ve noticed blood coming from her mouth. I’ve checked and it seems to be coming from underneath her tongue. It’s stopped now, it wasn’t an awful lot. Could it be possible that she’s had slight tongue tie and it’s snapped and rectified itself?! She wasn’t diagnosed with it at birth but I can’t think or see anything else in her mouth that would cause the bleeding
