Sleeping a mess

We cosleep and nurse on demand.

We tried Ferber, my fiance won't let her settle so he intervened and she slept with him 6hrs straight, he had a bottle of water for her. With me she wakes up every hour or 2 for the boob. Day 2 the same but now fiance says he needs to wake up at 5am and going to ruin LOs sleep and will continue this over the weekend. My anxiety and agitation is over the roof with this, is our inconsistency going to cause a problem???

I'd be happy to wean her off and could do it with the help.
