How much time does baby spend outside each day on average?

I feel like my little one is not getting enough sunshine!  I live in a city and the only time we often go out is in the morning.  He is only getting like 30 minutes a day on average.  I wanted to know if this is normal or if I am doing a bad job.  I am going to try to make more trips to the park but with no license and covid im struggling to make it happen. We don’t go out every day honestly. I live in PHX and it’s over 100 degrees every day. Can’t wait until summer is over, we’re out allllll the time when it cools off!

I live in Las Vegas where it’s sickening hot so she gets about a half hour in the morning before things get too sweltering.￼ However, in the fall she will get more time. The weather will be better and we will both be able to handle more.

I like to do about 30-60 minutes if I can but we have had heat warnings since the begin of June so it’s been a bit tough as it will be 32+ degrees (Celsius) and feel like 42+ degrees (like today was 35 feels like 45) and the poor January baby just can’t seem to deal with it being that hot 😂 but in all seriousness it is very hot so I get it.

Too hot in florida right now for us to be out there long! We usually go out for 10mins 2 times a day but sometimes we dont go out at all !

At lease 30 minutes a day minimum. Some days its up to 3 hours (typically not all at once unless its a cooler afternoon) just depends on what we are doing and how warm it is.

We’ve pretty much had a heat wave here where I live in Canada and with myself and my son being gingers we don’t go out much. We go out more in the evenings if the humidity has died down.

It’s totally dependent on the weather, if it’s beautiful out we’ll be out there for hours, rainy/windy days are a no from me. 😅

We try to go to the park a few times a week and I go for like two walks a day with him (weather dependent). We also sit in the shade on our front lawn, play with grass and watch cars and people go by
