A doubt

I'm waiting for my doctor's review next week to see whats the issue in us not getting pregnant. All tests has been done , will be getting the results next week. I'm just wondering if we need to start iui or ivf , do we need to wait for my next AF to arrive then we can start the treatment or can we start before that ? Anyone went through this before ? Care to advise pls . thank you.
