I’m 2 days late on my period and I’ve been getting cramps...

Has anyone ever had this happen? I get random cramps throughout the day. I was supposed to start my period 2 days ago... I’m not as worried about being late because I’m usually irregular. But it is weird to me and don’t know if I should be worried about any other health issues...
