TMI but need advice

So me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex and I took a plan b the day after around 1 pm .. my period prediction is 8/14 I started bleeding 5 days earlier should I be worried??? Or is this a side effect of taking a plan b throwing your cycle out of wack ? I doubt it’s pregnancy but I’m kinda nervous
