Advice?

I have a 9 month old baby girl. I’ve been taking bc for about 8 months now but for the past week or so I’ve been feeling really weird. I’ve been crampy and nauseous and (I breastfeed) my one nipple hurts every time I nurse my LO or even graze it on something. I’ve been having vivid dreams like what happened last time I was pregnant but I took a test and it came back negative. Would anyone have any advice as to what this is? Could I be pregnant and it’s too early/late to get a positive? Sense I’ve been taking bc I don’t get my period so I can’t go based off of that. I’ve also haven’t been very consistent on the exact time I need to take it either.
