Any one else go through this?

At 6 weeks pregnant I called my OB and they wanted to confirm it with a blood test. I received a call the next day confirming my pregnancy. They scheduled me an appointment that I had yesterday and I was under the impression I would be getting a sono as I am 10w4d and the doctor said they have a new policy and don’t do the sono the same day of the initial appointment. Yesterday I had a ton of blood work done a Pap smear and lots of family medical questions. I was bummed I couldn’t hear my baby’s heart beat or see them but they schedule a separate appointment for that. I thought they did it all at once? And the receptionist said I’d be getting one when she first set the appointment up. I thought I was plenty far enough in the pregnancy to get a sono
