Please Help!

Below I have attached my cycle details to help better understand my situation. My fiancé and I are trying to conceive and within the last month we have had unprotected sex 5 times, where he has finished inside of me. Im anxious to take a pregnancy test, so I bought one from Dollar Tree and took it today (Aug 8) even though I still haven't missed my period. The result said negative, which I am upset about, but should I wait another week and buy a different test in order for it to be more accurate? This is our first time trying to conceive, so we are everywhere!
