Should I be concerned??

Hello I am 11w and 6d and I went into the dr yesterday because I’ve had such bad nausea and vomiting that I couldn’t keep a single thing down for four days. Well I go in and I lost 7ibs in those 4 days on top of 6 that I’ve lost within the rest of the month. The dr submitted a request for a home health nurse to come do an iv everyday, and she let us hear the heartbeat to check on the baby. But I noticed after that appointment my nausea stopped almost completely and I was able to keep down a long list of food which I’m really great full for since I haven’t eaten in days. But I’m concerned because my symptoms just seemed to have stopped and I don’t want to jinx it but do you guys think this is bad? My nausea/vomiting being so severe and then within hours just stop?
