Early ovulation????

Question

Can someone explain this please? I’m not supposed to ovulate until around the 14th (I know the app isn’t exact) but I just took an opk and the test line is so dark?!? Am I ovulating now? I’m a little upset because we haven’t been BDing except for last night!

This happened to me exactly! 
This week as well. I wasn’t suppose to be ovulating (per app) until next week but I started opk testing this week... I got negs negs negs and bam full blown positive! I was like damn! I should have been bd! 😩😩😩

Ovulation doesn't always occur at the same time. I wouldn't 100% trust the apps they can be so off. Trust the OPKS. Also, it doesn't matter when your period ended either, mine ended on the 30th and I got a positive opk today. Ovulation typically happens 2-3 weeks after the first day of your period and 2 weeks prior to your next one. Get baby dancing because you'll most likely ovulate within the next 24-36 hours. Baby dust ✨

A positive OPK tells you that you're likely to ovulate in the next 12-36 hours (or something) so there's still time for sex!
