Twins with minimal symptoms???

Question

Anyone carrying twins with moderate symptoms. I’m 8w with twins and dont have any major symptoms. I heard their heartbeat at 6w5d & it was normal. I’m constantly scared everyday of loosing them coz i dnt hv much symptoms. Just have mild cramps here & there, bloating, tiredness, constipation & little tender boobs.
Shud i be worried 😭😭😭

I’m in the same boat. Twins with mild symptoms at 7 + 2 – fatigue, food aversions, sore boobs and light cramping. Hopefully we’re some of the lucky ones! 🙏

Count me in! 🙋‍♀️.. twins, 9 weeks and very few symptoms -  food aversion, nausea on and off, fatigue.. that’s it 🤷‍♀️

I'm so happy I found this thread.
Just found out I am pregnant with twins (very early, 5w1d) I may lose one as my doctor couldn't see the yolk, but I am hoping maybe in my next scan it shows.
Anyways, my symptoms seem to come and go. I felt so sick yesterday and today absolutely nothing other than my boobs are slightly sore. It makes me nervous beyond belief. I have accepted that I may lose one baby but the thought of losing them both terrifies me. I have already MC in the past.

My first pregnancy was twins and I hardly ever felt pregnant (just really tired).  I was never nauseated and until I started to get sore and achy from them growing, I felt pretty normal! Now I’m having just one and I feel much worse this time 😂🤷🏻‍♀️
