Does anyone else get upset to the point you puke?

So I've started noticing that when I get really upset and start crying it gets to the point that I puke. My dad was screaming at my mom over stupid shit like always and I got really upset cause I cant do anything about it cause he will start screaming at me and possibly hit me and kick me out so i went upstairs and was crying and had to run to the bathroom to puke. This has happened a couple times and I dont know why
