Numbness

Okay ladies, I'm hitting my last straw. I'm 32 weeks along and I'm getting so much pain and numbness in my hands. The right is worse, but the left is starting to get worse now. I'm currently crying on my bed from pain and frustration. I can't get good sleep at all. Every night I wake up in a lot of pain, nothing takes it away or helps. I have essentially figured it's pregnancy induced carpal tunnel and my doc told me at my last appointment it's likely to get worse and not get better until after pregnancy. Does anyone have any help to bestow on me at all? 2 more months of this is gonna just about kill me.
