Has anyone had this happen and they were NOT pregnant? I know this is no BFP group but it’s the one that will relate with most

So, I took a test and didn’t see anything. As I went to get up I dropped it in the toilet🤦🏻‍♀️. As I fished it out, dried it off, I set it aside and forgot about it. A few hours later I remembered and looked at it and was NOT expecting this.. could dropping it in the toilet make it do this?! (I understand this makes it invalid and I’m not going off of it 100% I plan on retesting tomorrow but need advice)
