I’m going on whole 30 for general weight loss. I went on it a year ago and lose weight and actually kept it off. While I’m on whole 30 I want to go back on clomid to see if any foods I take on a daily basis cause inflammation which makes it hard to succeed.

I’ll take c0q10 but I’m also thinking about taking NAC and zinc two things that are in “it starts with an egg”.

Does anyone else have a regiment that was successful on clomid
