Almost fainting?

Can ALMOST fainting be a concern during 2nd trimester 20w 3d? I went to Crater Lake to try and get my announcement photos. The elevation is 8k and it was about 80 degrees outside. I was standing in line for the restroom with no shade. I got very light headed, my ears were ringing and blurred vision. I was able to get to shade and relax. I feel fine now just don’t know if it’s something I should run by my doctor on Monday.

Drink more water. And eat something. It can be dehydration or low blood sugar. The fainting itself doesn't harm the baby, but you might be bruised after a fall. But it is important that it doesn't happen often otherwise it is something for doctors to look after.

I walked into my work when I was in my 20’s weeks & I was standing talking with my supervisor, then I got sweaty & lightheaded, this was after about 20 minutes of standing still. Just drank water and a whole lot of breathing and sat at my desk for a bit. Very normal, just stay cool and hydrated. I go alright if I’m moving, but if I’m standing in one spot for to long it happens.

I have been going through the same thing randomly. Mine tends to hit me when I get too hot or right away in the morning. It even happened when I was at my 34 week check-up. My blood pressure was super low and it’s normally always perfect. My doctor also thinks it’s due to dehydration. In the morning especially, she said I need to drink a ton of water. I’ve been trying to do that more and I’ve noticed it has helped. You could definitely call and talk to your doctor about it just to be safe, but I would also suggest upping your water intake to see if that helps.
