Itchy nipples😬 anyone experienced this?

Hey guys I am 13 DPO and I have extremely itchy nipples but yet my boobs are too sore to itch. So I’m just wandering ... has anyone else had itchy nips ? This is my first time ever having them and I have no idea why.
Anyone?

I do occasionally. I just put lotion on them. But I have heard that it could be a sign of pregnancy.
