Implanatation bleeding 12 DPO

Hi,

I woke up this morning at 12 DPO, and had some very light pink when I wiped, first time ever. AF isn’t due for 2 days. I still took a first response pregnancy test just now and got a BFN. Has this happened to anyone and then got a BFP a few days later? Hoping to retest day of AF. Thanks!
