lately ... i’ve been having hunger pangs.? with PAINS. never had them before and obviously it only happens ...well continuously when i am hungry and just waiting to eat ? anybody had that before ? 
but my urine ! it’s been very dark my period is due in 2 days ? but i havent had any pms symptoms at all. also ? there’s like clear discharge coming with it also.

So if you’re pregnant and you’re taking in just as much water as you always did, then it’s true you still could be dehydrated, as you require a higher water intake while pregnant. It’s still caused by dehydration and/or vitamins you are taking. The only for sure way to know is to test! And I experienced these “hunger pangs” you are talking about. Even if you eat, your stomach hurts so bad and feels like there’s nothing in there!!! I just tried to drink even more water to get rid of that feeling, but honestly nothing worked. There is no such thing as pregnancy urine. If it is dark you are probably dehydrated.

You need a more balanced diet. Hanger pangs/pains aren’t always an indication of hunger, but your body needing nutrients.

What most don’t know is that different prenatal vitamins can change the color of your urine. Mine turned my urine like a bright highlighter color. I was so concerned one bad I called my midwife, and she said prenatal vitamins change the color of your urine. After I kept drinking water my urine turned clear.

only urine my doctor told me to look out for was extra foam in my urine while i was pregnant because that could be a sign of protein in urine ￼￼￼but i was high risk in my pregnancy
