How did you know it was your last baby?

I have 2 boys (1 & 3 years old). I always thought I would have 2 or 3. Being realistic 2 is probably us done as its easier with finances, childcare etc. However, I don't get that feeling of family is complete.  I would love a little girl to complete family but I know theres no guarantees. When did you know you were done?

Following! I have two boys as well and we thought we only ever wanted two kids until I accidentally got pregnant again and we were thrilled but unfortunately it ended in miscarriage. Everyone around me keeps trying to remind me I only ever wanted two kids though and telling me it’s so much better to only have two. Then we had three more miscarriages after that and I just don’t know if people have a concrete feeling of knowing when there done 🤷🏻‍♀️

Being that this pregnancy is the WORST , we are DONE as this is the 4th !

We are one and done. Horrible health concerns at the end of the pregnancy, being induced because of them and then an emergency c-section because he had no heartbeat when I was 7cm dilated. Took me over 12 weeks to recover from the health concerns and the c-section. My husband says he will not put me through that again. I won’t put me through that again. Our boy is enough. Our family of three is enough. We both agreed if we felt the need for another child, we would adopt.

My pregnancy with my daughter was extremely hard.  (Emotionally and financially) I decided before I had her that I never wanted to be pregnant again. I was pregnant 3 times, 2 babies, 1 stillbirth. She came and she is a little pistol. Just confirmed my thoughts on not wanting anymore kids after her.
