Bleeding - Miscarriage? TMI pics

Is this what a miscarriage looks like? 
I am 6w4d according to my last period, but I think I’m actually a little less. I have been on oral progesterone 200mg since Tuesday and have follow up bloodwork tomorrow, as well as a message to my OB (closed until tomorrow). In the meantime, I started spotting brown on Friday, which turned to red bleeding yesterday and today, with periods of brown mixed in.  Moderate cramping, less intense than some of my periods. 
It’s mostly just when I wipe, and only a little has gotten onto a pad so I didn’t feel it was urgent enough to go to the ER. Seems to lessen when I lay down vs moving around. I also feel a lot of cervical discharge when I wipe. Any ideas?
Anyone have good outcomes after bleeding like this?

I wouldn’t go to the ER. I would give your doctor a call. Most will have after hours call centers. An Er can do nothing for you if you’re having a miscarriage.

Call your doctor. It could be a miscarriage or there are other reasons why you could be bleeding with clots. I bled (no clots though) and found out I have a subchorionic hematoma, by clots are common with them as well. So it’s not automatically a miscarriage but it could be so you’ll want to get checked out right away

Thats how my two both started. Especially with cramping, it wasn't terrible pain at all like you would think, it felt like gas pains. But there can be other reasons for bleeding. No need for er unless you are bleeding and clotting and going through 1 pad in an hour or less.

I went to the Er a week ago bc I was bleeding ,semi looked like that also and everyone is right ! The Er will not do much bc they aren’t Equipped to handle early pregnancies. But I was able to see my doctor the next day and the day after had an ultrasound and proved that me and the baby are great and I’m almost 12 weeks now . My doctor thinks my bleeding was due to cervical bleeding from sex . Definitely don’t stress too much ,bleeding is common in first trimesters but definitely see your doctor,hope all goes well

It doesnt look good but there can be other causes than a miscarriage. It is worth calling your regular doc to get some HCG blood draws to confirm. If it isnt increasing at all or "enough" then it is likely a miscarriage. Other causes can be a hematoma, cyst, hemorrhage, etc...which can often be taken care of or self healed and not lead to a miscarriage. SENDING YOU LOTS OF HUGS!!!❤
