Help baby #2 wanna be healthy
So I finally lost all baby weight 14months pp, then I found out I’m pregnant with baby #2. I’m eating healthy and I’m not starting to gain weight yet, but my problem is I can’t eat 1200 cal a day like I was before and I’m feeling sick mostly at night which means I’m not really sleeping. I’m making myself workout this pregnancy ( healthy momma is what I’m gonna be) how do you get in the good calories and how much weight do you use when lifting? I’m not tired just no appetite and nausea(night only)
