Everyone is different and some things that help for one seem to not help others. Only thing that made it manageable for me was the B6/unisom combo from my doctor. Things along with that that have helped me get through were popsicles, eating even though I did not feel like it at all, lots of ginger gum, sucking on jolly ranchers or peppermint candies, drinking watered down Gatorade, baby booster protein shakes.
Morning sickness
I’m 7 weeks pregnant. I’ve tried preggie drops and Morning Sickness herbal drops candy as well and I’ve seem to nit have any comfort. Earlier while delivering pakages at work , I became very weak and vomit . I’ve cried because this is worser that i’ve been through , I don’t have much of appetite as wel. Is there any other solutions to ease this? My doctors appointment is on the 28th.
