Clues that you are dialating?

So I know that they say you can't feel when your dilating but I feel like Iam LOL. Im sure its just the normal late 3rd trimester symptoms but I woke up with the thought of things just feeling "different" down there. More pressure, especially when sitting on the toilet. A weird feeling way up high in the vagina, can only describe as a constant tingle/throb. Lots more goopy discharge. Im pretty in tune with my body and can normally tell when something is off or different. Anyone else feeling the same?

I was 1 and a half cm on Saturday evening at 35 weeks. I have a gut feeling that by my appt on Thursday I'll be at least a 2 or maybe a 3.
