So my son is gonna turn 3 months in 9 days and I think he might be teething? He's been super drooly lately even more so than usual. He's fussy at times for what seems like no reason after having all his needs met. I thought I saw a possible tooth bud, it's like top back right of his mouth. I wanted to know y'alls thoughts on it? I've also looked up the possiblity of it being an Epstein pearl as well, but I'm not 100%

I wasn't really able to get a photo either since he's a wiggler lol he's currently nomming on his hands even though he was just fed about 10 min ago as well
