Help please - HCG low, no sac, 5 weeks

I hope everyone doing well.

Please I need your help. I have some cramping and I decided to go see a doctor.

Blood test on Friday HCG 470 and today HCG 612.

Ultrasound, no sac.

I'm 5 weeks old

Has anyone already had their results?
