When is the best time to ttc?

Hi everyone! TTC here and this is my first time planning to do this. Here is what the app is telling me when I’ll be ovulating... what are your tips and suggestions on the best way and times to make sure we try to hit this correctly? Thanks for all your help! We have taken a break from sexy time for the past two days. Should we continue to break until like the 14th? Then get back at it?

Glow app isn’t 100% accurate for most women. Start with using opk strips (ovulation predictor kits). With those you want to test 2x a day between 10am-8pm (twice so you don’t miss your LH surge). Also study your cervical mucus its important because, it’s your body telling you it’s time. During your fertile week try to baby dance OFTEN!! some women do every day , others do every other day, some only once or twice , do whatever you and your significant other are comfortable with. Most importantly relax and try not to get to overwhelmed if it doesn’t work the first time stress is our #1 enemy. Good luck and baby dust to you 💕🥰

Why would you take a break? You don’t need to have a break from sex. Every other day all month long is the best recommendation as that way you will likely cover all the bases.
If you are tracking ovulation with OPKs or BBT then the day before and the day of ovulation are the best ways.
I’ve gotten pregnant twice just from having sex all month long nearly every day.

We tried every other day, but I didnt get pregnant until we had sex daily. No skipping days. Made me wonder if it would of happened sooner if we would of tried that sooner.

The apps are definitely not accurate. If you want to be 100% sure of ovulation, use LH test strips. You can also follow your CM as a good way to know when you’re approaching ovulation day. My OB told me that you ideally need to try days 8-20 and to have sex every other day. Baby dust to you ❤️
