Second pregnancy, no symptoms

This is my second pregnancy my daughter will be 3 this year, but as early as I can remember with her I was so sooo sick. Food aversions, throwing up, cravings ect.

This go around, only reason I tested was it felt like razor blade to my nipples, but that’s gone away & the only other “symptom” is I’m always hungry, but NOTHING ever sounds good. Like is that a thing? My first appointment isn’t for another 2 weeks and I’ll be almost 11 weeks at that point. Is that normal. I hate the waiting and not knowing
