Severe sore/burning pain around bellybutton

I’m 27 weeks pregnant & for the past week I realize I have a severe soreness around my bellybutton spreading to the left on my belly. It hurts to even rub gently or touch.. I know it can be normal to have pain in pregnancy but is this normal.? Should I talk to my OB.. babygirl is measuring 2 weeks ahead
