39 weeks pregnant with a blood pressure reading of 132/94 should i be worried?

I am 39 weeks pregnant & my blood pressure reading was 132/94 i’m just curious on when i should be worried? & go to hospital to get checked. And if not now if it does go up anytime between now and my due date. Around what blood pressure reading do i need to go in to the hospital?

update, i waited around 15 minutes and relaxed it is now 131/74. i have been on my feet all day & just finally chilled out so maybe this is why it was up there. i know it is still a little high but my diastolic is lower.

I had to be put on blood pressure meds when it got over 140/ for a few days in a row. Had to go to hospital when it was 160/105 was then diagnosed with preeclampsia. 
Anything over 160/ go to hospital and if bottom number over 100. 
That’s what my doctor said. But keep an eye on it.

It’s a little high but it can happen when pregnant especially if you’re in your feet a lot. Just keep and eye on it. If it gets any higher I’d go see your dr.
