Positive for strep B during covid

I found out today that I am positive for strep B (currently 37 weeks). I saw in older posts that some people had to stay an extra day in the hospital because of it so the baby could be monitored. However I know with COVID, they are trying to shorten hospital stays, at least where I live. Has anybody recently delivered while positive for strep B and still had a shortened hospital stay? I’m going to contact my doctors office tomorrow morning to ask, but figured I’d check in on other people’s experiences while I wait for them to open.
