20 week scan question

Hey everybody. I had my anatomy scan yesterday and everything looks great except baby girl didn't cooperate very well with showing her face and any good side profile so we have to go back next month to continue. This is the only side profile we got. She's curled up. Just wondering what those two circles I marked in red. They're NOT her hands. Is it the knee?! Please help me figure out cause I can't and it's driving me nuts. I forgot to ask the technician.
