Conception cold/sickness???

Does anyone else remember catching a cold around the time they concieved? Thats what happened to me during my 1st pregnancy, and now again.. out of no where I have a cold and sinus swelling and ear infection - in the middle of summer. (No, its not COVID)

I have not confirmed pregnancy yet FYI. Just something I noticed. I have not been TTC either.. Baby #2 hasnt been talked about or planned yet. I only noticed the coincidence after being sick for a day.
