12 week appointment, super nervous! Need some good vibes

I will be 10 weeks 6 days tomorrow at my “12 week” appt. this is my first pregnancy (after a chemical) and it took us two years to get pregnant. I’m SUPER nervous about this whole MMC thing, just showing up tomorrow and not finding a heartbeat. I still have all of my symptoms (exhaustion, sore boobs, constant need to pee) but have read your body can be tricked into thinking you’re still pregnant during a MMC. Are these common or would you say I should be ok? Thank you!!!!
