Could I be pregnant?

Hi, I don’t have anyone else to ask so I was hoping some of you might be able to help. I am on birth control, and the last time I had sex was two months ago, and I haven’t had it since. It was unprotected and he came inside of me. I take the pill religiously. I had had withdrawal bleeding during my regular time after that event, but this month I had skipped it all together. I have been feeling unwell lately, bloated, tired, and I had cramps the week of I was supposed to have withdrawal bleeding. It’s a big risk for me to go out and buy a pregnancy test without getting caught, so I was wondering if anyone might know if I’m over thinking it I might actually be pregnant. Thanks.
