First ultrasound

Had my first ultrasound today. All the tech said was I am 5 weeks. She didn’t want to do a tranvaginal ultrasound because I had a history of miscarriage and she didn’t want to risk it and for me of course to come back in a few weeks. Is this a “normal” ultrasound. Did your ultrasound at 5 weeks look like this. After having 2 miscarriage back to back I asked the tech so theirs definitely something there and she didn’t answer me. All she said was their was a gestational sac there. Sorry I’m just wondering if at 5 weeks this is perfectly okay. I hope and pray that their is a baby in there.
