Women with hematomas

I have found out at 19 weeks that my heavy bleeding and clots are due to two hematomas (one at top of placenta and one above the cervix). He said it could be weeks to months before the bleeding stops. I am currently 21 weeks and every day is diff (some days mild other days heavy with clots). When did the bleeding stop for you? Or did you bleed your whole pregnancy? If you did bleed your whole pregnancy how was your delivery (did you have major bleeding or clots come out?).
