7 Months Pregnant w/ Cheating Fiancé

Hi..looking for advice

I am 7 months pregnant and found out recently that my fiancé has been maintaining relationships/situationships with multiple women our entire relationship. 4 women that I know of..one ex fiancé, two online “flings”, and one “friend” that he ended up sleeping with after leaving me 10 weeks into my pregnancy.

I feel so dumb. He’s remained in contact with all of them after I accepted him back and even invited the “friend” he slept with to our baby shower. When confronting him, he says he has no excuse, that he accepts responsibility, and that it won’t happen again.

I’m trying to find it in myself to work through this for the sake of our baby girl, but I’m having a difficult time understanding what the fuck is going on. It’s as though the person I thought he was and the relationship I thought we had — none of it was based in reality.

Anyone been through something similar?
